Due to an increasing number of coronavirus cases in autumn 2020, Bio Suisse decided at short notice to hold its delegate assembly virtually for the first time. The project was a success.
The large meeting room at Bio Suisse’s Basel headquarters was converted into a tech hub. From there, the president of Bio Suisse hosted and led the first digital delegate assembly.
The digital format was a first for many of the participants. Nevertheless, the 100 delegates and around 50 other interested parties and media professionals coped with the all-day meeting brilliantly. Two interpreters ensured the continuous translation of the speeches, questions and a presentation into German and French. The digital share platform daura was used for voting.
Furrer Events coordinated the preparatory work in advance and ensured that everything ran smoothly on site during the day.
