Anniversary event with 3,000 guests

At the anniversary event for Raiffeisenbank Vierwaldstättersee-Süd, the bank rolled out the red carpet for its 3,000 guests.

Nik Hartmann hosted the evening and introduced the various musical highlights. Our catering partner spoiled the thousands of guests with an excellent menu – a logistical challenge that they mastered with ease.

A small village of eight marquees was set up on the Buoch airfield specially for this major event. The 12-mast main marquee which hosted the gala measured 40 x 100 metres.

Furrer Events was responsible for the idea, planning and all the organisation. On site we managed the 11-day set-up and close-out and took care of operations minute by minute.

Since 2009 Furrer Events has supported various Raiffeisen banks in planning and organising their anniversary celebrations.
